So Bá Minh Silk has been born and operating for two years. We have been fortunate to receive warm support and trust from many esteemed customers. With the belief in being a Vietnamese brand — producing and selling Vietnamese products — Bá Minh Silk has always remained true to its founding values.

Below is the original letter we wrote to our customers when everything was still just an early idea. We’re reposting it so everyone can better understand what Bá Minh Silk stands for.

Bá Minh Silk is a brand specializing in products of Vietnamese origin. With passion, love, and trust in Vietnamese goods, Bá Minh Silk believes that Vietnamese people can produce high-quality products that are just as good as — if not better than — those made anywhere else in the world.

As life continues to develop, nearly every human need is now met quickly and conveniently. Whether sold in traditional stores or online, products today are incredibly diverse and accessible. But take a moment to look at the pen you’re writing with, or the keyboard you’re typing on — do you know where it was made?

Bá Minh Silk strongly believes that more than 95% of the items you use are imported. Broadly speaking, it is extremely difficult to find a product on the market that is entirely made — or even fundamentally made — by Vietnamese hands.

This makes it hard for Vietnamese consumers who truly want to buy and use local products to find a reliable source. As a result, many businesses have to rely on imported goods (mostly from China or neighboring countries). For profit, some even import low-quality or toxic products and sell them to fellow citizens, causing serious harm to health and well-being.

Driven by a love for Vietnamese products and a desire to become a trustworthy source for those who want to support local goods, Bá Minh Silk was founded to introduce and provide high-quality, authentically Vietnamese products.

Currently, Bá Minh Silk is proud to offer traditional handcrafted products of Vietnam that meet the following criteria:
