1. How can I place an order on the Bá Minh Silk website?

You can place an order online at Baminh.com by following these basic steps:

Step 1: Search for products

You can search for products in 3 ways:

  • Method 1: Type the product name into the search bar
  • Method 2: Browse by product category
  • Method 3: Browse by popular/favorite products

Step 2: Add products to your cart

Once you’ve found your desired product, click on the image or product name to go to its detail page, then:

  1. Check product details: price, promotion information.
  2. Select the desired quantity.
  3. Add the product to your shopping cart.
  4. Review your cart and proceed to order.
  5. You can add different products to the same cart to place a single order. All items in the cart will be packaged together and shipped to the address you provided.

After adding your first item to the cart, please follow these steps to add more products:

  1. Click on the Bá Minh Silk logo to return to the homepage or use the search bar.
  2. Add more products by selecting quantity and clicking “Add to Cart”.

You can repeat this process until you’ve added all the products you wish to purchase.

Once your cart is complete, don’t forget to use a DISCOUNT CODE (if available) and proceed with the following steps:

Step 3: Adjust quantity and update cart
Step 4: Click “Proceed to Checkout”, enter discount code (if any) to start placing your order
Step 5: Enter your shipping address
Step 6: Choose payment method and place your order

Bá Minh Silk supports nationwide shipping and cash on delivery. We currently offer two payment methods:

  • Bank transfer in advance (Free shipping for orders over 1,000,000 VND; orders under 1,000,000 VND will be charged 30,000 VND shipping fee)
  • Cash on delivery: pay when receiving the product, shipping fee is 30,000 VND

Step 7: Review and complete your order
Please double-check your order before confirming. Once placed, the system will display your order code. If you selected bank transfer, please proceed with the payment. Bá Minh Silk will call you shortly to confirm your order.

Step 8: Track your order and receive your product
Your order will be delivered within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
