Premium Shibori Silk Square Scarf 80x80cm – A Unique Work of Art Hand Dyed on Vietnamese Mulberry Silk

Bá Minh Silk’s Shibori silk square scarf is woven from 100% natural Vietnamese mulberry silk in Nha Xa Silk Village, Duy Tien, Ha Nam, a heritage craft village with more than 700 years of Vietnamese silk history. Each scarf is then colored using the Shibori technique, a traditional Japanese hand dyeing method that involves folding, binding and twisting the silk before dyeing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Dry Cleaning (Recommended):

The best way to preserve silk is to have it dry-cleaned.

Hand Washing:

Wash by hand in cold water. Use only mild shampoo or body wash. Do not use detergent, soap, or bleach.
Do not rub vigorously or wring. Gently squeeze out water by pressing softly.
For stains: clean only the affected area with shampoo/body wash and rub gently until the stain is removed.

Drying, Ironing & Storage:

Air dry in a cool, shaded, and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, which may cause fading.
Iron on the reverse side at the “silk” setting.
Store in a dedicated compartment or drawer to best preserve the product.

SPECIFIC NOTES

For Silk Scarves:

Minimize washing; instead, air the scarf in a cool place after use.
When drying, stretch the scarf gently to reduce wrinkles.

For Silk Ties:

Untie the knot immediately after use to help the tie return to its original shape.
